Mr. K. P. L. Pintoe is an accountant by profession and carries over 40 years of professional experience in Accounting and Financial management.

He worked as the Executive Director / Chief Financial Officer for C.W. Mackie Group of Companies from September 1991 until September 2011. He is a proven successful Businessman who has been instrumental and influential in reviving many sectors & businesses within the organizations he had worked for, restoring financial stability and reinstating profitability. He has worked for many leading companies in Sri Lanka and overseas.

He brings in his wealth of experience to Evolve Technologies (Pvt.) Limited and plays a vital role in management & administration of the organization and the overall steady growth of profitability.

(Deshamanya) Nishantha Pintoe

Managing Director / CEO

Nishantha Pintoe carries over 25 years of experience in various sectors of Information Technology which includes Senior Level Management, Software Development, Business Analysis & Design, ERP Implementation services, Project Management, IT Consultancy, Product Management, Customer Service, Sales & Marketing.

He is instrumental in Research and Development of new IT products and services, assessing feasibility of deployment and involved in designing new products based on organizational requirements.

Nishantha is a seasoned ERP Consultant/Project Manager with extensive experience in Financial & Operational Management Systems with specific emphasis on business studies and subsequent implementation of IT solutions.

Mr. Ashan Pintoe

Ashan Pintoe is a ripped, skillful professional in the Sales & Marketing areas. He has the marketing knowledge and expertise of a number of industries from different continents and has directly been involved in developing and making massive revenue for the Organizations.

He has more than 8 years' experience in the BPO industry itself which involves in Accounting & Finance, IT, Software development and 7 years' experience in the Investment, Financial advising and the cyber security market.

Ashan's value based, innovative approach to finding new clients and his out of the box sales & marketing strategies have been one of a kind to the Organization. A motivating leader, can do attitude, positive thinking and his level of confidence are what drives his area to success at Evolve Technologies (Pvt) Ltd.
